Workshop: Breathe to Feel w/ Shannon of Radical Reiki

This is a very intense workshop and it is recommended that you begin on a yoga mat and have yourself a nice bottle of water close by but not close enough to spill it over. This active pranayama breathwork will begin with opening sacred space followed by tapping and a body scan. We will start our work with the four fold breath to ease into the active breathwork. The active breath has a direct effect on the astral body by transmuting heavy swords like mental energy. Our active breath activates the fire within to quell the over activity of the mind. This workshop can help with abolition. Avolition is a term used to describe the severe lack of initiative to accomplish purposeful tasks. This year Bee came up with a great idea to start using their astrological chart as sort of a guide map to create their daily schedule in order to get things done. It’s a great reminder to do all of the different things that need to get done throughout the day that are very important for your mental health such as meditating, brushing your teeth, eating well, having some time in the day to have gratitude, etc. This workshop is 15 minutes and easy to follow.
